Top Navigation and Maps Apps on Android in Mexico, Q3 2025

In the third quarter of 2025, the top navigation and maps applications on Android in Mexico demonstrated varied performance, as detailed by Sensor Tower data.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic saw a significant fluctuation in its weekly downloads, peaking at 77.9K mid-August before declining to 43.3K by the end of September. Despite these changes, the app maintained a robust user base, with weekly active users climbing from 3.4M to over 3.7M during the quarter.

PASE experienced a downward trend in weekly downloads, which started at 18.5K at the beginning of July and tapered off to 9K by the end of September. However, the app's active users remained relatively stable, with figures hovering around 231K to 266K throughout the quarter.

Google Earth maintained a consistent increase in weekly downloads, culminating at 28.3K at the end of September. The active user count, however, saw a decline from 336K at the start of the quarter to 241K by the end.

Offline Maps, GPS, Speedometer recorded a notable rise in downloads to 13.2K at the end of August, followed by a decrease to 5.9K in late September. Active users remained relatively steady, fluctuating between 20K and 24K.

Lastly, Trucker Path: Truck GPS & Fuel showed a strong start in weekly downloads with 14.1K mid-July, but numbers decreased to 5.8K by the quarter's end. The app's weekly revenue peaked at $1.6K in early September, while active users increased from 13K to 21.6K.
